Ferruccio, after collaborating with leading international and Italian law firms specializing in labor law and gaining extensive experience in the legal profession, joined Studio Legale e Tributario Nomos in July 2022. He focuses his practice on labor law, social security law, and trade union law, providing assistance to major trade unions, industry associations, and social security institutions.
His experience has been particularly developed in managing disputes, offering consultancy and assistance in the relationships between social partners in collective and inter-union matters, handling personnel during organizational changes and corporate restructurings, as well as in business transfers, addressing labor and union-related issues.
He graduated in Law in 2003 from the University of Bari – “Aldo Moro” and, in July 2005, obtained his Diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Salento.
Over the years, he has served as a subject expert at the Libera Università degli Studi Maria Santissima Annunziata in Rome and has taught several training courses at the SSPA and CRI.
He is the author of numerous scientific publications, as well as articles in industry journals.
