Massimiliano joined Nomos – Studio Legale e Tributario in March 2026, following extensive professional experience gained through collaborations with leading Italian and international law firms. He focuses his practice on human rights and immigration law, an area in which he has developed significant expertise by advising major trade unions and professional associations.<\/p>\n
He graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome and holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from LUISS University. He has served as Professor of Immigration Law at Guglielmo Marconi University, where he also contributed to the drafting of academic manuals on migration hotspots and the Dublin II and Dublin III Regulations. In this capacity, he organized and led the first Multicultural Conference of the Mediterranean Basin, bringing together diplomatic and political representatives from Mediterranean countries to promote intercultural dialogue on migration issues.<\/p>\n
The Rome Bar Association awarded him the professional title of Expert in Human Rights and Immigration Law<\/strong>. Most recently, he was appointed as a member of the Bar Examination Committee at the Rome Court of Appeal.
