She practices across all areas of criminal law, with significant experience in bankruptcy and tax offenses, as well as cases involving culpable liability in healthcare and violations of workplace safety regulations.
In addition to her judicial work, Silvia provides corporate consultancy on the criminal liability of entities under Legislative Decree No. 231/01.
She graduated cum laude in Law in 2006 from the University of Pavia and gained international experience in 2007 at a law firm in Dublin before relocating to Rome to begin her professional career. Since 2018, she has been a member of the 231 Observatory of the Italian Criminal Chambers Union. In 2023, she was appointed to the Board of Arbitrators of the E.N.S. (National Agency for the Deaf)
