Saverio has over 15 years of experience in media law, information technology, and privacy/personal data protection.
He was a partner responsible for the Telecoms, Media & Technology department at the law firm Franzosi Dal Negro Setti and, prior to that, held the role of managing counsel at leading international law firms.
He provides both litigation support and legal advice in the following areas: IT contracts (software), privacy and personal data protection (including in administrative proceedings before the Data Protection Authority), and regulatory issues in the audiovisual and information technology sectors (with a focus on artificial intelligence).
He is a lecturer in IT law (covering IT contracts, artificial intelligence, privacy, and data protection) at the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” where he teaches in the Master’s program in IT law.
Since 2018, he has been recognized as a “recommended lawyer” in the fields of “data” and “telecoms, media & entertainment” in the legal directory Who’s Who Legal, and as “up & coming – Information Technology” by Chambers Europe.
