Graduating with honors from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2019, she became a qualified lawyer in 2021. She then earned a second-level Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law, graduating with honors, from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
She has assisted, and continues to assist, companies in developing compliance models and structures designed to prevent corporate administrative liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Her expertise includes coordinating and conducting due diligence and internal investigations, participating in the design of compliance programs, and drafting codes of conduct, whistleblowing policies, and anti-corruption safeguards.
She provides integrated, specialized consultancy on compliance matters for both Italian companies operating abroad and international entities seeking to align with Italian regulations.
