Luca advises leading companies across various sectors, with the aim of supporting them in managing their specific needs: from day-to-day consultancy to the management of contractual relationships, providing analysis and solutions to strategic issues underlying technical, organizational, and production requirements.
Furthermore, Lawyer Amendola has developed significant expertise in drafting network contracts and addressing the related issues concerning the secondment and joint employment (co-employment) of workers, particularly in light of the most recent sector-specific regulations (Ministerial Decree 205/2021 and subsequent INL circulars).
