Francesco specializes in corporate law, insolvency law, and business restructuring for companies in crisis. He has gained extensive experience at leading law firms, assisting with insolvency proceedings and advising banks, publicly traded companies, and public administrations.

He acts as a consultant for auditing firms, businesses, and major groups undergoing extraordinary administration pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 270/99 and Legislative Decree No. 347/2003. Francesco has also been appointed as an assistant in judicial administration procedures under Legislative Decree No. 159/2011.

In the field of debt restructuring, he is recognized as an Expert in Negotiated Composition and is registered in the Register of Crisis Managers under Article 356 of the Italian Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code (CCII).

He has held positions in corporate governance and control bodies and is an active member of the Commission for Corporate Crisis. Additionally, Francesco represents the OCC (Crisis Settlement Body) at the Bar Association of Rome.
