His expertise spans a wide range of fields, including corporate criminal law, environmental law, tax law, bankruptcy law, business crises, labor law, food law, medical liability, workplace safety violations, and matters related to the administrative liability of entities.
Additionally, he is, and has been, a member of Supervisory Bodies, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and updating various Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 for leading companies.
