The Tax Department specializes in non-contentious advisory services, including support during audits by tax authorities, representation in negotiations with tax offices, preparation of settlement agreements, drafting legal opinions, submission of refund claims, self-defense petitions, and requests for advance rulings. The department also manages both domestic and international tax rulings.

In contentious matters, Nomos provides expert representation before national and international tax tribunals, including the European Court of Human Rights.
